This contract governs the use of the vehicles rented by our company. By making a reservation, the customer fully accepts the terms and conditions of use of the vehicles.
1.2 Rental Conditions
The renter must be over 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license of at least 1 year.
For luxury or SUV vehicles, the minimum age is 25 years.
A credit card in the tenant's name is required for the security deposit.
1.3 Insurance and Liabilities
All vehicles are covered by basic insurance.
The customer is responsible for any damage not covered by insurance.
In the event of an accident, the company must be notified immediately.
1.4 Fuel policy
The vehicle is delivered with a full tank and must be returned full. Otherwise, a fuel charge will apply.
1.5 Fines and Infringements
The renter is responsible for all fines and violations during the rental period.
